Why this work matters

Workplaces need talent with the right skills — and the confidence to use them. Growclass partners with governments, employers, and community organizations to expand access to practical digital skills training. Together, we deliver funded workforce programs that help founders, freelancers, and managers move into higher-growth digital careers. By working closely with employers, we help build talent pipelines, support employee upskilling, and make sure what we teach reflects what’s actually happening in the market.
