Our Values

1. Be present: Commit to being present to get the most out of your experience at work and in the community. This means being present in meetings, events, and your work. For our community, it means being present and committing to the coursework—or giving their full attention when they attend a chat or virtual coworking session. Spend your time wisely so that you can be present, and then be present outside of this little corner of the internet.

2. No Dumb Questions: There are no dumb questions at Growclass … we don’t mean don’t ask dumb questions. Literally, ask all questions. We don’t assume folks are mind readers and have the context, background, or information needed top-of-mind all the time. So, ask all the questions - clarifying questions, questions from a place of curiosity, fun questions. All. Questions. Are. Encouraged. And. Welcomed.

3. Yes And. Growth is like improv— it’s experimental, creative, and fun! We hope we made this very clear in the interview process. Improv is not for everyone AND everyone can try it to the point they are comfortable with. You’re here to learn, create, engage, and add value to each other and to the business. Learners are here to the same.
