“I've moved from experimenting with AI to building systems that actually save me time, improve customer engagement, and support growth.
The course helped me cut through the noise, identify what's relevant for my stage of business, and take immediate action. I now feel empowered to lead with clarity, test ideas faster, and scale smarter — with AI as a real partner in the process”
AI is here. It’s loud, it’s fast, and it’s changing the way we work, whether we’re ready or not. But what if you could cut through the noise, learn what actually matters, and build a plan that fits your business, not some bro-y Silicon Valley fantasy?
This isn’t another hype cycle. It’s a 6-week guided program where you’ll learn how AI really works and get hands-on with tools that align with your brand and values. You’ll leave with a concrete 30/60/90 day roadmap for integrating AI with intention and confidence.
You’ll be learning from Joelle Irvine and Tiffany DaSilva, experts who are in the trenches, testing tools, and teaching from experience. You’ll work alongside a cohort of curious, smart people who want to use AI to connect with their customers, not just automate them into oblivion.

Tiffany is a born marketer who built her first affiliate website when she was in elementary school! Since then she has spent the last 16 years working on 500+ websites in both SEO + PPC and has led SEO strategy at Achievers & Shopify. She was named as one of the most influential growth marketers by Mashable and has been featured in Hubspot & Search Engine Journal among others.
She is a Tech Woman of Canada Award recipient. You can find her speaking at international conferences like Call to Action, GPeC, Learn Inbound & Turing Festival. As the founder of Flowjo.co, she spends a lot of time producing & marketing her own products.

Joelle Irvine is a Growth and AI Advisor with 20+ years of experience helping SaaS and tech companies achieve measurable revenue growth through strategic customer-focused go-to-market strategies and more recently, AI solutions.
She specializes in building intelligent agents, agentic workflows, and custom prototypes that drive real business results while coaching clients through strategic AI integration. Her experience spans leadership roles at Moz, Billdr, and Bookmark, a global WPP agency. She actively champions responsible AI through her role as Co-Head of The AI Collective in Montreal.

Before you touch a single tool, you need a plan. You'll work through real marketing use cases so you can spot where AI will save you time, map out your own task list, and start prioritizing what to tackle first. You'll also get access to the AI toolkit cheat sheet to help you find the right tools for the job.Start with what matters: understanding how AI functions—no PhD required. You’ll explore how neural networks and machine learning models actually work (and where they fail), unpack risks and biases. This week gives you the foundation to use AI with intention.

Dig into major, as-they-happen shifts in search, SEO, paid ads, and platform transparency. You'll learn what's changed, what's still true, and how to reframe your approach to stay effective.

Learn how to write prompts that get quality output, reduce bias, and handle errors like a pro. You'll cover the basics of building a knowledge base and brand voice guidelines so your AI outputs feel on-brand, and walk through a real marketing task from start to finish so you know what good looks like before you build it yourself.

Ready to stop doing things manually? This module takes you from single prompts to connected systems. You'll map your existing workflows, choose the right tools for your technical level, explore APIs and MCPs, and build your own agentic workflows from the ground up.

You've got the foundations. Now you figure out what to build. You'll get the tools to help you build personas, product requirement documents, and implementation plans for your Build Week project. You'll leave this session with a clear plan and the confidence to execute it, whatever your technical level.

It's time to move from theory to prototypes. Your instructor will co-build with you in live sessions and guided exercises. You'll take the ideas and tools you've explored so far and bring them to life — you'll leave this week with something real you've built.

Honestly, the fact that AI is changing so fast is exactly why investing in education early, matters a whole heck of a lot.
And we’ve designed the certification with that reality in mind. You’ll get:
- A full year of access to the course, including every change and update we make
- A year of live AI workshops, included in your course, to help you stay on top of what’s new
Because we’re not going to teach you where to click in one tool and send you on your way. Tools will change. Models will get better. The hot new platform everyone is obsessed with today might be old news six months from now.
Instead, we’ll teach you the foundational skills to understand AI, use it effectively, and confidently adapt as the technology evolves.
Just as importantly, you’ll learn when AI is actually useful, when it isn’t, and when it’s safer or simply better to take a human-first approach. Because the goal isn’t to use AI for everything. It’s to know how to make good decisions about where it belongs in your work.
AI will keep changing. Your Growclass education will always keep up.

Ideally, you should set aside 3 hours/week for 6-weeks for course content, strategic planning and running experiments, and implementing Growclass learnings.
But we don't live in an *ideal* world, so here's the line: If you can commit to coming to your live classes, that is enough.
Most of the learning in this course happens on the live calls. We record all of the calls, and make them available to you, so missing one or two isn't make-or-break.
But if you have time for a lesson a week, it's worth putting in your calendar.
You'll have access to the course, recordings, and live workshops for a full year, so your 6-week course buys you an entire year of education to use when it fits into your calendar.
Don't stress, we've got you.

For anyone new to using AI, it does require some time and thoughtfulness—but we've worked hard to make it accessible and inclusive for you.
We're available every week for questions, and the community on Slack is also super helpful.
A lot of the players in this space try to present things in an overly technical way, using too many acronyms in a bid to make things feel exclusive. We honestly hated that about marketing education, so we take the opposite approach.
One of the values of the course is No Dumb Questions—this is a safe no-judgement zone. We’ll break the content down in a way that I like to think is entertaining, even fun.
A note: If you’re completely new to using digital tools, this course won’t be the best fit.

Live sessions take place at various times during the week. We try our best to accommodate folks in different time zones. The goal is always to group as many folks in the same time zone together as possible, and schedule sessions with time zones in mind.
If you’re a mid-high level marketer looking to tackle new growth, a traditional marketer ready to pivot, or an executive leader or founder building high-performing teams—You’re in the right place.
