How can I get my company to help pay for Growclass?

You can use this template to make it a bit easier to get approval from your boss.

1. Plant the seed

Ease into your request by asking before you ask, so it doesn’t come as a surprise to your manager. You can start with a quick message on Slack or Teams. Feel free to use this template:

2. Send a thoughtful email

We know you’re busy so we got you covered here too! You can use this template and fill in the blanks with the parts that are specific to you and your company.

You can also send over this information package to answer any questions your manager may have.

3. Follow up

If you don’t hear back right away— don’t be discouraged. Managers have a lot on their plate, and are usually grateful when they get a follow up. You can use this template:
